These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Azoria Suite and related services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Azoria Suite provides online booking, scheduling, staff management, payments, and customer management tools for service businesses. We may update features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and billing information.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are handled according to our billing policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use Azoria Suite for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of liability
Azoria Suite is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
